You are paying for convenience, accuracy, organization, tracking, reminders, and operational support — not for access to government filings themselves. Some government forms (such as EIN registration) can also be filed directly with the IRS at no cost.

Yes. EIN registration is available directly from the IRS at no charge. Annual report filing is available through your state's Secretary of State website. Our value is in the preparation, accuracy checks, delivery speed, and support layer we provide — not exclusive access to any government process.

The Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report was established under the Corporate Transparency Act to require certain companies to disclose ownership information to FinCEN. Important update: As of March 21, 2025, FinCEN issued a final rule exempting domestic US-formed companies (US LLCs, US corporations, etc.) and their US-person beneficial owners from BOI reporting requirements. Foreign companies registered to do business in the US may still be required to file. We serve businesses in all 50 US states for federal services (EIN, Labor Law Posters). For state-specific filings like Certificate of Status, Annual Report Filing, and DBA Registration, we handle most states. Illinois LLC Formation and Registered Agent services are currently specific to Illinois. Contact us for your state.

If a filing is returned due to an error on our part, we will correct and resubmit at no additional charge. If a filing is rejected because of information you provided that was incomplete or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve it and resubmit. We notify you immediately via email if any issue arises.

After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. We send progress updates as your service moves through preparation, filing, and delivery. Finished documents are delivered digitally to your email. You can also reply to any update email to reach our support team directly.

Yes. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment platform — we never store your card details. All document data is transmitted and stored using encrypted connections. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Yes. Our compliance packages (Starter, Full Bundle, Compliance Watch) are the primary purchasing paths, but individual services like EIN Registration ($25), Certificate of Status ($79), BOI/FinCEN Report ($49), Annual Report Filing ($79), Operating Agreement ($79), and others are available. For one-time services not yet started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@usprohub.com. Once work has begun (form preparation or filing submitted), refunds are not available for compliance filings. For the Compliance Watch subscription ($9/mo), you can cancel anytime — your access remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
