USPROHUB LLC is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and whether work has begun. All refund requests must be submitted to info@usprohub.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

One-time compliance services

Applies to: EIN Registration, Labor Law Poster, Certificate of Status, BOI/FinCEN Report, Operating Agreement, S-Corp Election, DBA Registration, Business License Research, Google Business Profile Setup, and Annual Report Filing.

  • Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and document preparation has not yet started.
  • No refund once document preparation or government filing has been initiated. For instant digital delivery services (e.g., Labor Law Poster PDF), work is considered to begin upon order confirmation.
  • If a filing is rejected or returned due to an error on our part, we correct and resubmit at no additional charge.

Compliance Watch subscription ($9/month)

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing info@usprohub.com.
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
  • No further charges after cancellation is confirmed.

Digital services (web, SEO, SaaS, mobile, AI automation)

  • Non-refundable once a project scope has been agreed and work has commenced.
  • If we cannot start a project due to circumstances on our side, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.
  • For milestone-based engagements: completed milestones are non-refundable; future milestones may be cancelled.

Billing errors

If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or unauthorized transaction), contact us immediately at info@usprohub.com. We will investigate and issue a correction or full refund within 5 business days.

How to request a refund

  1. Email info@usprohub.com — Subject: "Refund Request — [Service Name]"
  2. Include your order confirmation number or checkout email address.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request.
  4. We respond within 1 business day to confirm receipt and eligibility.
  5. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
