Refunds depend on the type of service purchased.
Non-refundable services
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has begun:
- consulting services
- custom software development
- website development
- SEO services
- mobile application development
- business filing services
Subscription services
For SaaS products or subscription services:
- cancellations may occur at any time
- service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
- partial refunds are generally not provided
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- the service has not started
- a billing error occurred
- the service cannot be delivered
